Cozy Venus International Shipping Policy

Cozy Venus partners with DHL Fedex UPS And USPS to provide our valued international customers (outside the United States and Canada) DHL shipping.
DHL cannot ship to international P.O. Box Addresses. All international and Canadian orders require a verifiable physical shipping address. We are unable able to ship through alternate couriers at this time.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $399. Orders with standard shipping will ship via FEDEX SMARTPOST DHL,UPS. Please allow 4-6 days for standard shipping
  • All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.
  • Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.
  • We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.
  • We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order is shipped.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

All standard shipping rules apply to Canada orders. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.
